I lived at Skywater this past year and really enjoyed my time there. The complex has nice amenities and a really great underground parking garage with plenty of space. Jessica and the front office staff are extremely friendly and go out of their way to help. The location is great, located right off Tempe Town Lake, within walking distance of all the bars and restaurants on Mill Avenue, and just a short Uber ride away from Old Town Scottsdale. Skywater also offers free bike rentals for residents, which was perfect to ride around the lake or over to Mill for brunch. As mentioned, I really enjoyed my time at Skywater and would certainly recommend them to others.
