The food is good but their ordering and serving system is ridiculously inefficient. Like horrendous. They need to rethink it. As someone who has worked in cafes and restaurants I could name 100 ways they could improve the system. I don't understand why they choose to do it this way. It's too stressful to eat there for the food to be worth it.
