On December 14th a Fry's delivery truck crashed into the wall that separates their parking lot and the parking lot for my apartment complex. The driver claimed that his brakes went out, although he was able to move the truck later that night. Since the accident I've missed almost a week of work. When I called their insurance to look into a rental, I was brushed off and told someone would contact me about it - which still hasn't happened. I called the Frys location directly for updates on someone getting my car pulled from underneath the wall to better asses the damage and I've gotten a series of "i dunnos" and the runaround with who's actually responsible for getting it taken care of. I understand that accidents happen but a corporation as large as Fry's should be able to have something like this taken care of with a fair amount of ease.
