I've been to a handful of haunted houses in the Phoenix area but this was my first time at the 13th floor. I went opening night with a group of around 10 people. I arrived a little before 7 and didn't get into the haunted house until well after 9. Not even that long of a line, they just wanted to make sure there was plenty of spacing between each group. I understand, but still a little annoying. It took us a little over 30 minutes to complete both of the houses. My mind was seriously blown by the sets. By far the most impressive I've ever seen. The scares were good but once you've been in for so long you start to become desensitized to them. My biggest complaint was that it was sooo hot inside. It felt at well over 100 degrees. It kind of took away from the experience for me and all I could think about was just getting out into the cooler air. Like I said, it was my first time going so I'm not sure if it's always so hot in there but I really hope it's not. The staff were super friendly and the actors were awesome.
