I went to get my roots bleached and an overall toning on the whole of my hair. I was pleased with the outcome even though I didn't get my hair as light as I would have liked. The one thing worth noting is that you definitely shouldn't wear a nice top when getting any sort of colour work by a student. I had a black cardigan ruined with bleach; however, I was told on a separate visit when I shared my experience with a cashier that if anything happens to your clothes they'll pay for it to be fixed which is nice.
They definitely push their products on you during your visit but because you're not paying much for the service, adding a product doesn't add to your bill significantly.
They also take SPC which I believe saves you 15%.
I would recommend coming here for the inexpensive and friendly service, just be weary of wearing nice clothing!
