I have been going here for about 5 months. I initially bought a groupon and continued on with a membership. I love the variety of classes and a lot of the instructors are really great, very patient and knowlegeable however I have had a few bad experiences this week. I have signed up for a bars and bands class twice and both times the instructor was late, once by 25 minutes, once I am not sure because I switched to another class but over 10 at least. I realize things happen, but people are paying to work out, not stand there waiting for an instructor to show up, so they should make an effort to be on time. Secondly, I went to my regular lunch spin today and spin was cancelled. No one thought to send an email to people who were registered or let anyone know before they showed up, which is annoying. I drove all the way there on my lunch for nothing.
There are a lot of great things going for this place, and lots of awesome classes and instructors but not paying attention to little details like this may cause a problem in the future for customer retention.
