Please plan ahead and schedule an appointment at Kid Clips instead. I had difficulty getting them on the phone this weekend and I have taken my 2 year old son there since his first haircut and they are great. He needed a haircut ASAP and since I couldn't get an appointment at Kid Clips, I went to this place instead which takes walk ins only. I called ahead to check the waiting time and it was 10-15 minutes but we only waited like 3 minutes. The place was very loud and busy which kinda drowned out my son screaming (he does every time for some reason) and the woman took what felt like 30 seconds to cut his hair. Cut and styled, he looked great. We didn't do anything fancy. However, after his shower today I can see that the front of his hair is totally butchered and unless I get it fixed, I will have to style it to hide it which is a hassle with a toddler. Normally at Kid Clips the cut takes a lot longer but she puts a lot of effort into making it look good and he has always left looking perfect. I think that if the woman at Snip Its would spend a little more time to perfect the cut, it would be great. Just a little too rushed.
