When a business fails to follow through from the very beginning it 's a "sign" to stay away. That's exactly what I did. BMW - Henderson, you just lost a $50,000. cash sale on a vehicle, I had been working with David A. the internet guy on the purchase of a 2013 X3. Made an apt with him days in advance to come in and purchase the vehicle that I had decided on only to get there and be pawned off on just "any ole" salesperson! I specifically made an apt with David and expressed to him that I was driving way out of my way, (from Centennial Hills area) to see him and him only. On the way to my apt, I received a confirmation for our apt. When we walked into the dealership, David immediately pawned us off. I consider this to be a huge favor for me, so glad I did not purchase from you guys, I can only imagine how any future service would be!
