Rapid Response is awesome! I always worry about getting ripped off when calling a service company, but I fully trust Matt and would not call anyone else.
Our garage door broke on a Saturday afternoon - open halfway. We immediately panicked thinking no one would come out until Monday. I called Matt and he said he could be there within the hour. He was! We told him we wanted needed to go the cheapest route possible to fix it. He bent the metal track straight instead of charging us for a new track and put the whole door back on it's track in about 20 minutes. He suggested we get new rollers since ours were worn but didn't push us.
Here our garage door was completely off the track and hanging crooked on a Saturday afternoon - and the whole problem was remedied within 90 minutes for $210! Wow, just wow!!
