Worst experience with office staff, anyone who has these types of people working for them will not get me. Just to make an appointment I was grilled and talked down to like I've never used insurance and NO I don't expect free services! Also, this office miss represents themselves, they say you make an appointment to a doctor but all they have are nurse practitioners! This is completely wrong and I am not paying for a specialist to see a nurse, I'm sorry but I need a seasoned professional not someone who has to check with someone else before being able to do their job.
