I bought a WagJag voucher for detailing @ $39 and it expires on September 28 2013. I clearly still have time and it has not expired, yet Every Last Detail is asking me to pay an additional $20 because they can't provide me an appointment until October. They said I had ample time to make an appointment prior to the expiry date. When does anyone buy a voucher and is expected to use it up as soon as possible, when it has not expired? I feel that I'm being forced to pay the additional $20 or forfeit my voucher altogether. This is not right, and not proper customer service from Every Last Detail. If they're selling detailing vouchers with WagJag and other deal site. They should consider whether they can handle the volume, and if they can't then they shouldn't be offering the deals in the first place!
