Good customer service, adorable shop and cute presentation but the cupcakes were super dry. The whipped cream on top would be better if it was icing instead. I find that using icing can kind of save an already dry cupcake. Using whipped cream was too light and hardly differentiated in flavours (bought the red velvet and cookies and creme).
