Very disappointed! I booked an appointment using their online scheduler, drove 15 minutes to get there, and was told that their tech had gone to lunch (at 3 PM??) and i had to wait an hour for a fix. Did someone forget to make a simple phone call to let the next customer know? This is called common courtesy which is sadly missing. Would not do business with these guys!
