The guys at Preferred are some of the most knowledgeable and talented folks in the business. Their business model is fantastic, every customer feels like they are the most important client on the books. I recently had a LOT of hail damage to my brand new CLS550. My insurance company was a nightmare, but Bill took everything out of my hands and said, "don't worry, I'll take care of it, and your car will be good as new". About a week later, my car looked showroom new, after a LOT of work by the guys at Preferred. Insurance co? No further problems from them. As an added bonus, these guys do custom body work and paint too. I'll be taking all my cars/projects to them in the future.
