Nice guys - I became skeptical of the weekly service that was being provided after the first month. The MO of my service guys appeared to be "quickly in and quickly out" on the few occasions that I saw them. The pool never did appear to have been skimmed/netted on the surface after service but I figured it was me having perhaps too high of expectations. After 6 additional weeks of service I finally went ahead and left a tennis ball in the water a day before service was to be done. I arrived home from work after service was supposedly done and the tennis ball was still in the water. My e-mail billing and indicated that skim/net the surface was done and I was billed for it. Who knows what I have been charged for but the work was not done. I do see that they have had good reviews so my advice to you is -- follow-up and verify. For me, that is too much work to have to constantly check up on my pool service so we are going with someone else. Good luck if you use them.
