This was supposed to be my last meal (breakfast) of our trip before we were heading out and I read about Montreal's bagels so I looked this place up and decided to go. I wish I didn't. The bagels were very basic and the service was THE worst. One of the cashiers (a young lady with long red hair) was apparently having a bad day because the lack of interest in customer service really reflected when she had to take my order. Every answer on her end seemed as if I annoyed her or asked the wrong question. I work in an industry where customer service is extremely important so when I feel as though the person on the other end really doesn't want to be there then it really pushes my buttons. If you're visiting the city, don't go to this place, go somewhere nice with nicer staff.
