This was the first time using Firestone. My car was in need of an oil change and two of the quick change places were unable to get the oil filter for my car. I called Firestone, they said they could order the filter and have it there the next day. I made a 10am appt for 5 days later. I showed up on time, sat in the lobby for 45 minutes to find out they hadn't ordered the filter and had to send out for it from another store! So a simple oil change that should have taken 30 minutes tops, took an hour an a half and cost $120 dollars!!! Total lack of respect of my time and money. They are conveniently located near my home, but no thanks, I'd rather drive the extra miles for better service.
