My review is based on the two days that I went there. Day 1-got a pedicure and it was okay. Had to prepay then was charged an extra $2.00 for using my credit card for a $107.00 bill. Day 2- I went to get waxed (eyebrows, legs, & bikini) well, I have psoriasis and Michelle refused me service to my left leg....she said "we can do this one" tapping my right shin "but I'm scared if we put wax on here that your skin will rip off." Now my question is...shouldn't she be educated on skin, hair, and/or nails? I asked for a refund and was told that I would have to wait 3-5 business days. Well, being that the money was prepaid, I firmly expressed that I will be refunded the same day that I was refused service. My eyebrows were done, I received my full refund, and I took my business to Nail Lounge who had no problem waxing me. I will never go back to OPI. It's not kid friendly, they demand that you prepay, and they do not make you feel comfortable.
