I always took my car to FF in the past. I got a new Jeep and spilled some milk all over my front seat, window and everything, which I cleaned up a bit myself before going to FF. I also have two dogs and usually I have hair in the back. I paid $100 for the seats to be shampooed and for the interior to be cleaned. Now for 100 bucks, I expect perfection. It took an hour for them to get done with it, the first 30 minutes I watched and saw nobody has even started on it. I get picked up and a half hour later its done. I say okay. That was quick. I come back and this kid acts like it was such hard work claiming he did it all by himself and then says that my car was pretty much clean to begin with. I get in and it looks clean because of the oil smothered everywhere so I take it home.
I then really exam it and see milk spot everywhere. It looked as though the kid just oiled it up and called it a day. The dog hair was still there. Exactly how it was before. If he were to vacuum it, it should have been 20 minutes alone just to do that. They never cleaned my seats, because there were two stains I wanted out specifically and they were still there.
I called to speak with a manager and he said he'd do a redo so I went in the next day. I waited a half hour again, watching this time, and never started it. Then the same kid that worked on it was handling my car again. I was very disappointed with this. And on top of that, all he did was redo the interior part. I left after that.
When I go to a car wash service, I expect them to care for my car as much as I do. I am paying top dollar for a kid to tell me its pretty much clean when its clearly sticky and a mess if you only took a close look at my car.
I'm never going back to FF again and I recommend you to not go either. The second day I went back, they locked a guys keys in his car and scratched a corvette---I saw because the guy was standing over them watching their last moves.
