This company is a fraud. They have a terrible reputation and ultimately one member of the LLC lost his license from the AZ Dept of Realty because they stole money from the trust account that contained Renter's deposits and Property owners funds as well. Ultimately they all lost 70% of their money due to the fraud. The company also has a bad reputation with renters. You can look up all the company name changes yourself at the AZ Corporate Commisions site but this company has also been known as West Wood Properties LLC, West Wood Realty & Investments, now AZ Rental Homes LLC (Current) and their 'sister' company Westwood Properties LLC (do a search regarding the fraud, the news covered it), look this one up on Yelp and see for yourself. Bottom line, this company is a sham and refused to return our money as well as provided terrible customer service with constant delays. I intend to pursue legal action and will update with the results. I am sure there are many others out there that have been frauded by this company.
