They will walk you through the process and are happy to listen to your woes. They not only replaced my screen but checked for loose parts that might affect my reception (I've been having problems) at no extra cost. They also tried a bit of software troubleshooting that seems to have helped with that issue.
Colour me impressed and happy to have a shiny new screen. Beats $169 + tax for a refurb iPhone at Apple Store.
