I dislike that their drinks are never consistent. I would order the same thing over and over again, but it's different every time. Or when I requested something out, they would forget. They do help us in correcting the order and give us another drink, which is cool and all, but they take quite a bit to do a couple of drinks. I understand that they can be busy, but one time, there were literally 5 people in the place and it took 30 minutes just to get the drinks. Everyone else only had 2 or 3. I really like this place because their boba is on point, but sometimes I just don't want to go because of all the mistakes. The best thing about this place is customer service.
