We've been seeing Instagrammers recommending this spot, so we decided to swing by. Its location is plopped in the middle of a sad-looking decrepit strip mall with transients and junkies walking through the parking lot frequently. Stay classy, West Charlotte! Anyway, with our puppy in the car, we pulled up to the drive-through window (no menu on display, so have the menu up on your phone if you're going to do this). We were told there were 10 orders in front of us. So we waited. And waited. And waited. Not so fast food! Are they killing the cows in the back? Placed our order and were told it would be 6-8 minutes. Sure! We've already come this far, right? It was closer to 20 minutes, actually. Once we got our somewhat overpriced food, I was iffy about it. Sure, it was a good, greasy, trashy burger, but you can get that elsewhere for less money. The fries start off decent, but the greasiness soon becomes too much to handle. I didn't finish mine, which is next to blasphemy for me. We were given a free chocolate chip cookie for having to wait so long, which was actually a damn good cookie. Between the long wait and the sketchy atmosphere, I doubt we will be back.
