This place is horrible. The staffs here are extremely rude! I have given this place so many chances yet it failed me every time!! They put so much ice in the drink, the drink seems to water down!
One time I ordered a mango a go go, and wanted to be chunky, (keep in mind that I order the same drink at any Jamba Juice) they blended toooooo much, and I just couldn't drink it since I'm so used to having it chunky. So I went and talk to the staff to see if they can fix that, they asked me to pay for another one? Seriously?! I just threw it away!
Then I introduce this drink to my friend and wanted her to try it. They again made it too blended. Even have unknown black stuff on it. I confront to the staff that was making it. He said: "I was just making it the way i'm supposed to!!" Really?! Out of all the Jamba Juice places I've been, you're telling me that I was not supposed to order a Chunky Mango A Go Go because YOU are not supposed to make that?! And everyone else just made it for me and friends that loves that drink when we ordered it!!
This place shouldn't even be here, if you want a better Jamba Juice place with friendlier staffs and tastier drinks, there's one on Russell and Easter, MUCH BETTER than this piece of crap here!!
