Hinkle's serves the classic, flat-top grilled, small, diner burger.
A wee bit larger than a White Castle burger but tastes like the best slider you've ever stuck in your face complete with pickles and grilled onions.
I personally like the singles with cheese but they also offer doubles & triples.
Then there's your necessary side of starch. They have French fries. BUT, yer gonna wanna order the home fries which are a pile of shredded fresh taters that are grilled & squarshed down until they're good & crispy.
Oh, yeah, there's other stuff on the menu but I've never ventured down that road.
(Though, I'll have to admit, their Exotic Ice Cold Shakes look pretty delish.)
