I tried this company via Groupon and unfortunately the old adage about getting what you pay is still alive and well. For starters, I was given an 8-10am time slot. When no one showed up or called by 10:15, I called the company and I get, "oh sorry, we are having a rough morning. How about we come between 2-4p?" I really needed my carpets cleaned so I rearranged my afternoon and accepted the time slot. Then I get a call at 1p saying the tech is on the way to the house. WTH? It's like this company doesn't own a clock. Once the tech finally gets to my house, he takes a split second glance at the floors and immediately starts the up selling routine. I'm annoyed so I shut him down. He does a just barely acceptable job. And the cherry on top, he starts whining about not getting a commission bc I was upset and didn't allow him to up sell me. Terrible customer service.
