This is a Allstate direct location so it's very easy for Allstate members. I got an estimate without an appointment which was very fast, efficient, and the estimator explained everything in detail to me. They were very accommodating with my drop off day and even offered me a ride home. They are very thorough with documenting what's in your car, the state of your car, gas, mileage and even the radio stations. The turn around expectation was fast and they were done a day early. Pick up was easy, and the customer service was excellent. And when I got into my car.... IT WAS DETAILED. Idk if this is standard for them or a treat but it was an awesome surprise!!!
