I really, really wanted to like them. The people on the phone were helpful. The guy who did the estimate was helpful (but has not returned my call about my move last week). The crew was subpar. They were lackadaisical, missed a lot of obvious stuff that had to be pointed out multiple times, took a lot of breaks, left cigarette butts and other trash at both ends of the move after being asked to be careful (I cleaned up after them), were sloppy moving us in and left a bunch of stuff in the wrong places even though it was all marked. I also seem to have missing stuff. I will update this if and when I hear from Customer Service. Note: they were recommended by another mover who did not have capacity to move us quickly Update: many calls and emails to different people in Bedford and at world HQ. I did get a call back from estimator who is sales manager. He yelled at me, accused me of lying, and promised his manager would call me and that they would send someone to fix broken bed frame and send a claim form. Not surprisingly, nothing has happened. Epic poor customer service on top of terrible move.
