We had a great experience with Tom at Expert Flooring, he helped us choose the right carpet for our family and was great at communicating with us about the order and installation. They installation was flawless, not a scratch on our new baseboards and the installer, Mark, took the time to "build out" the areas on the stairs that were uneven from our existing drywall and flooring so there were no seems.
