Hotel is nice but their service is terrible! What the point of asking to have your room serviced if your gone for over 4 hours and they still haven't cleaned it! Not only that you have a reservation for four nights and they call you on your second day to ask, " are you extending your stay"!!! They can't even keep their records straight at check in! Then they ask you are in room #### and you say no I'm in room #### then they say we only go up to #### and I say well the door states ####! On my god second time staying here and it's aways drama! @!#! Last time they lost my hanging bag but OK after 15 calls and having a security report they finally took care of it after 2 months later! And we still gave them another try and once again they screw up!!! Nice hotel but if you want good service your are better off at the Bellagio!
