I messaged this company on Sunday night and I was put on the schedule for Monday afternoon. Our oven had not been heating up consistently and the problem was getting much worse. He actually showed up an hour earlier than scheduled, after calling first. He diagnosed the problem immediately and said it would take a few minutes to change out the part. He also looked at our stove-top and showed us how to clean it properly, due to my husband's love affair with oil. He actually unclogged one of our burners and showed us how to disassemble the large center burner. Then when we put the parts in our dishwasher, he noted the build up due to hard water. Apparently my vinegar rinses are not sufficient and he showed me a product to use which would be more effective. Oh yeah, and he fixed our oven while he was there :) I highly recommend this business. We will be sharing our experience with friends.
