It's always hard to start up with a new stylist. I had recently used a new one at a different Posare salon after my regular one retired, but she was on hiatus from knee surgery. And I needed major intervention. So when I saw a Groupon for Angie at the Posare closest to my house, I went for it. But I messed up and bought the wrong Groupon - I needed the cut and color, and didn't realize until I got there that I had bought just the cut. But Angie was great - she agreed to do it for the same price as the Groupon I should have bought, with me paying just the difference. And I really clicked with her on a one-to-one level. She did a great job on the color. As for the cut and blow-dry, I'm reserving judgment. She did what I asked for, and razor-cut my hair. But I came to the conclusion after the fact that only the back should be razor-cut. And I also neglected to tell her that I wanted it blown straight, not curly-ish. I'm going to use Angie again, and make it clear - now that I'm clearer - exactly how I want my hair done. And I'm hoping to be able to update my review with five stars.
