Stopped at this McDonald's today for late afternoon lunch around 2:45 p.m. big mistake!!! From the time I walked in the door to the time I walked out of the door with a double cheeseburger small fry medium coffee was 18 minutes. There were 12 people in line with one register open... Then to top it all off the guy that looks like Captain Kangaroo in a black shirt and pants was coughing all over the food thank God my cheeseburger was wrapped before he coughed all over it. Because I threw the fries out. Did it online review from the receipt all zeros. This is the only McDonald's around the Cleveland area that you could stop at with semi truck to get something to eat. Like I said before this is the slowest McDonald's I have ever been at and will be my last time visiting there. Hopefully I don't end up in the hospital with the flu from the guy coughing all over my food and everybody else's.
