Their wellness plans are A MUST for any pet owner who doesn't want unexpected bills. I have recommended them to SEVERAL pet owners who wait too long to get their pet's treated based on cost.
They have never turned my dog away if he was sick and didn't have an appointment, and even offer drop offs for Pet Parents with busy schedules!
We have gone to several other Banfield's in the area, but the 90th St. location is our "home" vet now. As for service...I have no complaints! All of their vets and techs are caring and professional.
I don't need their entire staff to know my pet's favorite treat as soon as we walk in, and they don't need to have a heart shaped photo of him at the front desk. What I need is quality, affordable care for my BEST FRIEND, and Banfield is it.
