This place is horrible. A few weeks back I bought a portable soccer goal post worth $99 and it did not last a few days for me and the post cracked, so went to return it and the manger was not very happy and did the returns and suggested I should shop at Dicks sporting good. I was so damn upset with his stupid comment and decided I will never shop with big5 especially at this location.
Unfortuntely, I had to stop by to pick something for my son at this location and I was treated with the same arrongance and the best part he remembered me and said dick sporting goods is opened till 10 pm. I will report this to big 5 management and tell them how they employee treats a customer.
