I am no longer renting from Tricon and over a year later they reply to my old review. This delay is consistent with the understaffing and negligence that I experienced renting from them. The people that work there may be great as individuals, but if the owners don't listen to their employees, hire more people, and make doing things right by their tenants a priority, Tricon will remain a corporate, multi-state slumlord. This is not personal against the employees. I think most of them do what they can with the workloads and tools they are given. The problem is larger than that.
