I read the glowing reviews of customers whose projects were finished somewhat timely. While they were working on your project, my bathroom remodel was ignored. Don't know why I didn't make the short list. I also understood that employees, friends and family were asked not to write reviews. I wonder if Donna A is still with the company. It seems that each time I call the office, if someone even answers the phone, there is a different person to talk with.
Our project was to begin October 5 - demo was done on or around that time. After demo, time stood still. Nothing was done for weeks at a time. Tile and cabinets had to be ordered, etc. Keep in mind, I gave CKBR an initial deposit in April, 2017. The project manager was sent to collect the last large payment - stating that it was according to the contract. And yet, our 3 to 6 week completion referenced in the contract was not adhered to. To date, project still not complete. Always waiting for something. I have another bathroom to remodel, but I won't be using CKBR. Don is good at big promises and even bigger excuses.
