This is for the Bright Horizon at MGM. I just had to deal with the manager Maritza. She was very very rude and unprofessional. I think she needs to take a refresher course in customer care and managerial skills. My son has been there for seven years and she has been there for less than a year. She treated me horribly. The only reason my son is still there is because his teachers have and still are absolutely AMAZING!! And I thank them frequently for that.
