i've never actually been inside the bar itself but i go to their margarita bar. it's basically like fat tuesday but a little more expensive and of course different flavors. i got the strawberry/pineapple flavor with an extra shot and DAMN THAT DID THE JOB! i usually go to fat tuesday and end up getting a refill here at the rhumbar and they do charge you the REFILL price even though it's not their cup or anything so that's cool. but i'm pretty sure that's the same thing for most places.
