Worst place for a sick animal. Front desk doesn't greet you. Docs were late for the appt. They don't tell you what their role is in the process or who does what. Other staff don't give their names or job (various lab people?). Nobody explained what they are & aren't looking for. They didn't listen to my requests for testing, let alone explain their decision. I was told by the vet she'd respond to my emails after hours or on the weekend, but finally got a response from a different vet (she was on another rotation) several (4) days later. It was Pass The Ball as to test results (lab tech), what they meant (pathology), and suggested diagnosis & treatment. It took 6 days to get complete info. Other phone staff usually don't give their name, don't listen to your inquiry, know any manners or customer service etiquette. Result: they completely missed one pet's fatal illness after declaring the blood work clear. Lost my pet exactly one month after the visit. Spent almost $800, about 1 & 1/2 hours of cell minutes & personal time, plus 3 hours driving & gas.
