Usually when I have an appointment I wait for 45mins in the waiting area & another 30-45mins in the exam room, with minimal people ahead of me. Today my 11yr old has a fever of 104.9 & we are on the sick side. I've been here for over an hour & a half in the waiting area, I was the only one in the waiting area, no one ahead of me. The nurse came out when I arrived & said my daughter would be taken to the next available room & here we are STILL in the waiting area an hour & half later. Someone came in 45mins after me & was called back before me. It's good to know when your child has a temperature of 104.9 they are a priority to be seen. Because of this I am seriously considering changing pediatricians at this point. This is ridiculous. When I called before coming to the office I was told they weren't busy & she'd be seen w/in 40mins.
