We visited the Puppy Boutique about 2 months ago. We were looking for a certain puppy but ended up leaving with a different one due to the outrageous price of what we originally wanted. Not downing the pricing, purebreds are expensive, and from a store-duh.
Vanessa was extremely helpful, she was out sales person. The wait was not very long, we got the option to play with 3 puppies before choosing. We ended up with a Shiba Inu. The application/payment process was very easy. Vanessa helped us through the whole process. The place was clean for a puppy shop, it was kind of loud and the pups stay in cages for viewing. I'm not saying anything bad about that, it's just like a dog at the pound until adopted they have to stay somewhere...
Anyways, customer service was great here and I greatly appreciate the time and patience Vanessa and the manager Paul took with us finding the right puppy for us. She let us know all about Shibas and what to expect taking him home and such. Our pup is now almost 5 months and is growing just right and he is healthy. That was different from when he came home he had a little cold but their vet took care of him and the shop took care of the charges. He's healthy and happy now.
