Quite literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I booked my 25th birthday party here, having bowled here many times over the years and had a great time, and was quoted a reasonable price for 5 lanes. Because many people left early for Nuit Blanche, we asked that 3 of the lanes be turned off as they were no longer being used. The lanes continued to count time. When we noticed the time was still running, we asked a second, third and FOURTH time for the lanes to be turned off. It took us FIVE TRIES to get them to turn off the extra lanes by which point each of the three lanes had amassed over 2 extra hours of play. We were told that prices are automatically calculated from the amount of time recorded at each lane. At the end of it we were charged over $200 more than we had been quoted and, after expressing my displeasure at the horrible customer service, I was told I would the police would be called if I continued to speak to their manager instead of my boyfriend (Sexism? A simple case of downright terrible customer service? We'll never know). When it was pointed out that we told multiple employees multiple times to turn off our extra lanes, she began using profanities, gesturing wildly and screaming at my very calm and rational boyfriend. Needless to say, many years of loyal patronage have been destroyed by a single instance of abysmal customer service. We will never be returning and will be telling all of our guests (over 30 people) and anyone we can about how dreadfully this business is run.
