The gym is new so it is clean with newer equipment. Plenty of parking spaces during a weeknight. I had the worst experience with Doug, Personal Training Director. He calls me saying I won a free training session so I was like cool. I come in and hes super friendly and talks about my goals and my lifestyle. Then we have a hardcore training session. Till that point it was going well until he started selling their training programs. I let him talk cause I know that's part of his job and he probably has a quota of sign-ups. But at the end it was out of my budget and interest since it was meant to be a casual meeting since I "won" a free session. Then he accuses me of my spending habits saying "I know you go out to eat 3-4 times a week and spend $60 a week on food so I know you can afford this." He was all heated up about it but my budget and my spending decisions are up to me. And you initiated this entire meeting, not me; so why are you heated up when I say I will let you know later? Mind you, this is week two at this gym so as a new member, I am appalled. I will try another location but quitting my membership altogether is a strong option to consider.
