No matter what time of the day or what day of the week, this Apple store always has literally a hundred people on it. I swear their are more workers than customers, but for some reason, you have to wait FOREVER. My iPad randomly stopped working 3 weeks ago. My husband made the dreadful appointment for us to take it into the store to see what was up because everything we tried from reading online wasn't working. We made an appointment for 12:55. When we arrived at the store, we were greeted by someone at the door who asked what time our appointment was & what was the issue. He then pointed us to another man and told ya to wait in line there for him. After about 15 mins of waiting, this guy asked us what was wrong, which we already told the first guy at the door, as well as marked it in the comments when we booked the appointment...very annoying. He then told us to take a seat in the back and wait some more. On to the wooden blocks, we then sat there for 35 minutes until someone helped us. What was the point in making an appointment online & letting them know ahead of time what was wrong with my iPad if we were going to have to wait 50 mins and be asked 3 times? Finally, the last person brought us over to a table, where she was literally helping 8 other people at the same time. She said she was going to "trouble shoot" my iPad. I told her good luck with that, because it won't turn on. All she did was plug it into an outlet, had us wait another 15 mins, then say there was nothing she could do because it wouldn't turn on. Like, I ALREADY TOLD YOU IT WONT POWER ON, that is the problem! She offered to order me a replacement 7 year old model for $250 +tax or said I can buy a new one. Like really? No thank you. I think I'll buy a brand new kindle instead. How do I feel about this Apple store, you ask? Do not waste you time or expect help. Complete waste of my afternoon.
