I usually don't like to review coffee houses because their service varies according to the crew on duty, but when I stepped into this location, I knew I had to say something. This review is solely based on my impressions of the place, and it's mismanagement and not on the two staff members who were overwhelmed with the drive-thru orders and dealing with little to no inventory. I heard them tell a customer more than once that they were out of a breakfast item as of 9:15 am on a Monday morning, really!? I came in, and apart from noticing how empty the place was I also saw how filthy everything was. I mean everything, the floors had dried-on gunk, the tables where dirty, the counter where the espresso machine lies was noticeably dirty with coffee grind and milk splattered all over. I waited by the cash to place my order for at least 15 minutes and not once during that time did I see the barista wash/replace the milk jugs after steaming milk even though an order came in for almond milk. I'm never coming again, but I'd also suggest that people stay away from this location. Poor hygiene practices and overwhelmed staff are a food poisoning episode waiting to happen.
