I live around the area and occasionally frequent this casino because it's conveniently very close to where I live. I've gone both during the day and late at night. It's a very small casino so during the day it can be a little crowded. Late at night, it's definitely sparse.
The biggest issue is when I go late at night. The cashier is usually closed (even though the lady is there giving me occasional dirty looks and just plain ignoring me) and a lot of the time, the bill breaker/ticket machine is down. Unless you go there a lot, you wouldn't really know that you have to chase down the slot attendant to get your ticket cashed. I've witnessed many irate, half drunken people complain about this and it should be something they announce or address so people who gamble at 3am know this information.
The venue itself is pretty much what you get is what you see from the outside. This is definitely not a 5 star casino and from the looks of the outside, you shouldn't walk in expecting even 3 stars.
This place is good for convenience if you don't want a huge casino to get lost in or walk miles to get to the other end. They have enough machines and some tables to get your gambling fix. If you're looking for the Vegas experience, this is definitely not the place to stop by.
