What an awesome experience. I was in a bind and needed an electrician pretty quick for some minor repair work. I emailed them at 10:45 PM at night and I had a phone call returned before 8 AM the next morning from Reno. They were able to come out the SAME day within a few hours. John was awesome, he called ahead and showed up exactly at the time he promised. What we thought was minor turned out to be a little more complicated but he had the skills and knowledge to find the right solution. He even checked with me to make sure I understood the problem and the resolution. He repaired the GFI, ran new conduit on the roof, and a few other things as well. He was efficient, tidy and professional. Very impressed with this company, they're employees and their service.
