Beautiful apartments, I just really wish the customer service was better. Maybe it's because I work in hospitality, but it just seems like the staff is a bit unprofessional and never sure what to say or what to do in a situation. Now I will say though; Ricky is amazing. Ricky seems to be the only one who really seems to care and get things done for you. Pros of the place would be the location, and the interior design and layout of the apartments are modern and chic. The cons would be the customer service, the cleanliness of property is not good (trash on the grass and rocks, dog poop, children leave their toys everywhere..etc...) and for some reason the security parks in my assigned covered parking space twice now and I have had to park somewhere else. I sent out an email regarding these things but I unfortunately did not receive one back.
