READ ALL THE REVIEWS BEFORE RENTING HERE! 1 Star because 0 isn't an option. This place looks nice online, and the staff were very helpful up until the point of signing my lease. Because I was moving here from out of state and showed up here with a uhaul being ready to be unpacked, I took a quick look around my unit and signed the lease - my mistake. The apartment is advertised as being close to a ton of things, I guess close means a 15 minute drive. This apartment is right off the freeway and it's in a very poor neighborhood. There are bums (and the occasional hooker) everywhere, and there are no decent shops/destinations within walking distance. Very minimal parking. My amenities key, garage code, garage fob, gate code, and gate fob all didn't work when they were given to me, and it took about a week for them to replace them (gate fob and garage code still don't work). Kitchen sink has been broken for 3 days (waiting to be fixed), oven does not heat properly, and microwave vent is broke. There is only 1 maintenance guy for the complex and apparently doesn't work a second over 8 hours, the office staff apologized and told me they're understaffed. The office manager "goes home early" almost every day, or at least every day I've gone in to talk to him. I do not know how this complex gets away with all this crap to this many people. I also don't know how it's legal to have exit signs broken as shown below (notice the big stain from a leak in the hallway)..
